Head of Aftermarket Controlling, Husqvarna Construction

You will be reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Control but have a dotted line to the SVP Global Aftermarket. You will be a member of the Global Aftermarket management team and when requested also take part in the Aftermarket management team within Sales Region EMAL (everything expect North America). In addition, you will also be the business controller for the Connectivity Center (Husqvarna Group function)

Key responsibilities
Owner of the Aftermarket closing process, the financial steering model and the aftermarket accounting instructions within Husqvarna Construction.
Monthly closing for both the Global Aftermarket as well as Sales Region EMAL.
Monthly analysis of service contract and warranty provisions in close cooperation with the Global process owners as well as local market representation.
Review and manage investments in the workshops.
Support the implementation of Internal control processes within the Aftermarket area.
Contribute to the strategic and business decisions to secure the financial impact of the activities.
Take active part in the development of new business strategies, segments and establishments.
Monthly controlling support to SVP for the Connectivity center including R&D and SG&A cost follow-up, yearly budgeting of R&D projects as well as Investment request preparations.
Location: Preferably Jonsered or other Husqvarna location
Who are you?
We are looking for you, an experienced, enthusiastic and bold controller who enjoy working in a demanding environment. You can manage different situations in a constructive way and set limits when it is required. You communicate openly and effectively and have the ability to adapt to new and changing conditions whilst seeking improvements.
To be successful in this role you need to get things done in a complex multinational matrix organization with senior stakeholders with different agendas. You have been working with steering models and follow-up of workshops as well as parts, warranty, service contracts and other service sales.
We believe that you have a university degree within Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or another relevant area.
As we are in the middle of the process of implementing SAP S4Hana and therefor SAP experience is an advantage
