Do you have experience in conducting successful international advocacy? Are you driven to push the agenda for women's rights and feminist peace? Do you strongly believe in evidence-based advocacy?
Kvinna till Kvinna is in an exciting phase of development with a new global strategy coming up. An important part is growing our international visibility and we are looking for someone to strengthen our advocacy on feminist peace and women's human rights. We offer an international, professional and creative workplace. Want to join us?
Deadline for applying: February 20th
Interviews will take place on February 24th.
The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has promoted women's rights since 1993. Today, we are one of the world's leading women's rights organisations. We operate in conflict-affected areas in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the South Caucasus, where we support more than 150 brave partner organisations. Together, we work to strengthen women's influence and power, end violence against women and promote human rights.
If you believe gender equality, democracy and peace go hand in hand, this is the place for you. Joining Kvinna till Kvinna means joining a family of passionate activists. Women human rights defenders who stand on the barricades, face down resistance and advocate in the corridors of power.
We are spread out across 14 offices, but we are a team with a single shared belief: The future is equal. And together, we are change.
Kvinna till Kvinna's advocacy is centered around the women, peace and security agenda and feminist peace, women's economic justice, gender-based violence and sexual and reproductive health rights, movement building and combatting anti-gender forces and women's equal participation. Our advocacy is based on evidence and research and the advocacy messages of the women human right defenders and grassroots organisations we work with. This has given us a Unique position together with partner organisations over the world to influence the EU, UN, OSCE and African union. Based on nearly thirty years of experience, we are now striving to also amplify our own voice as expert organisation.
