hela Sverige We are recruiting the new Head of our accounting department for Volvo CE AB. For this role we are looking for a colleague with a broad background and real passion for accounting, who is also a true team player. A people manager with a growth mindset, who knows that the development of the team is equally important as its performance. An accounting expert who will take the opportunity to incorporate SAP S4Hana planned updates into our processes and generally strives for continuous improvement within the frames of compliance, to achieve the best results for our people and our company.

Who are you?
You have tried and failed, overcome difficulties, and learned from mistakes.
Your love to grasp opportunity for people and process development.
You enjoy the strength of cross functional teamwork with a problem-solving attitude.
You have integrity, a strong morale and you act in the best interest of the company, even when this requires courage.
You have experience from past leadership of a team, a function, or a project. Preferably within finance.
You enjoy the beauty of accounting, preferably also familiar with SAP.
You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar.
What will your role and responsibilities be?
You will be responsible for accounting and financial compliance for Volvo CE AB.
You will be the manager of and lead your team.
You and the team will coordinate activities and be key contact for our partnered shared service centers
You and the team will strive for good cooperation with the sites and functions operating in Volvo CE AB.
You and the team will secure a high quality of the total financial statements for the company as well as follow and adopt internal reporting requirements and structures.
You will report to and be part of the team of the Head of Accounting for Volvo CE.
