We are recruiting the new Head of Accounting and Internal Control for Volvo CE.
Are you ready to take the helm as the Head of Accounting and Internal Control for Volvo Construction Equipment (CE)? We're on the lookout for a colleague with a broad financial background, solid leadership experience and true passion for accounting.

Your Role
As the Head of Accounting and Internal Control, you'll be at the forefront of financial leadership, steering our accounting function to new heights. From overseeing financial compliance to leading a dynamic team across three countries, your responsibilities will be as diverse as they are impactful. You'll be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement every step of the way.

You're an experienced expert in accounting under IFRS with a global mindset and practice.
You have succeeded in leadership roles, inspiring growth and innovation in others.
You've faced challenges head-on and emerged stronger and wiser.
You're passionate about driving people and process development.
You're a team player with a talent for problem-solving and collaboration.
Integrity is your middle name, and you always act in the best interest of the company.
You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
