hela Sverige We are now looking for a Head for Nordics, Manufacturing ISU. As Head for the region, your main responsibility will be to:
Identify new revenue opportunities for Mfg ISU
Represent TCS in customer meetings related to RFP responses
Represent TCS in Governance meetings for existing customers
Participate in various Marketing events that are organized in the region representing Mfg ISU
Work with TCS Nordic Country Business Development teams in new deal pursuits
Mentor TCS Client Partners at various existing accounts to ensure their KPIs are met
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions
Worked in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
Experience of working in multicultural environment as well as Multi-industry experience
Experience working within Manufacturing
Experience in building teams with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers
At least 12 years experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
Business development and creating GTM strategy
CXO level client relationship management
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
