hela Sverige As Quality and Operational Excellence Manager for System Integration Hub Business Unit (HBU) Northern Europe you will be responsible for the Quality & OPEX strategy and Improvement Plan, processes and tools. You will act as quality culture change agent and ensure that the required level of quality is reached.
Key responsibilities:
• Implementing Grid Integration (SI) Strategy and develop the quality maturity of the regional organization.
• Drive customer focus, quality and competitiveness by promoting culture and improvement projects within the regional organization.
• Responsible for ensuring that operational excellence and quality systems that fulfill customer requirements and formal standards are in place and adhered to across the entire organization.
• Develop the Quality and OPEX competences within the regional organization, both within own team as well as for the organization in general.
• Train, coach and promote operational excellence, quality methodology and tools.
• Ensure that key processes are optimized and harmonized.
• Establish and implement Quality and OPEX governance, including reviews and communication of key indicators to monitor projects and processes within the regional organization.
You will report to the HBU Northern Europe Manager and will be part of the HBU Management team; you will also report functionally to the PGGI SI Global Quality & OPEX Manager and be part of the Quality & OPEX Leadership team.
You hold an MSc degree in Engineering, Business Economics or equivalent, you have a good understanding of quality concepts such as Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, Business Processes Management and formal standards for quality and HSE (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). It is advantageous if you have experience from line manager roles and if you have experience from project business.
Furthermore, you must be proficient in English, written and spoken. It is important that you have excellent communication and leadership skills. You also have strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills.
You have verified experience from leading, motivating and developing people and are used to build strong relationships with colleagues across borders. You are highly self-motivated and result oriented and like to challenge yourself and teams to deliver excellent results.
You will be part of a business unit within the Power Grids (PG) division that supplies substations, systems solutions and service for transmission and distribution facilities. Our customers are utilities, industrial manufacturers and other companies that need to be connected to power networks. We design and build indoor and outdoor stations that are both reliable and dependable. The market is driven by the need to create stable power networks and by sustainability efforts, with the aim of increasing the use of renewable energy.
