ETT Easy to Trust with home base in Västerås and a sales office in Stockholm, was founded in 2017 and is since then developing a digital platform, Easy to Trust (ETT), that integrates risk and compliance with sustainability performance as an easy-to-set-up solution for large enterprises and their entire value chain. The ETT digital platform enables immediate start-up of powerful sustainability follow-up of equality performance and standardizes the process in any type of organization, regardless of if the user already has metrics ready or not. The platform has built-in, ready-to-use KPIs for equality enabling organizations to start measuring, evaluating and improving equality easily and instantly. The KPIs gives management the overview of equality and gives the possibility of taking direct decisions on it. The company's mission is to digitize all sustainability work and processes. Along with the digital platform, the company also offers expertise consultation in the domain of Sustainability, Finance and Risk management.
Job Description:
As Sustainability Specialist, you are working closely with the team on various projects and to help develop the ETT platform from a Sustainability and Risk management point of view. Typical tasks include:
• Analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting Sustainability data while focusing on global ESG ratings and disclosure frameworks.
• Monitor current global ESG trends, tools, metrics.
• Work with developing Industry specific KPIs for sustainability.
• To be a part of the client meetings and discussions
Required Skills:
To be a good fit for this role, you should be knowledgeable in sustainability, knowing different reporting standards and platforms such as the GHG Protocol, GRI, TCFD, CDP etc. You have excellent research and analytical skills. You should be curious, communicate openly, challenge thought processes, be organized, and take responsibility for your deliverables.
Bonus:
• If you are interested in data analytics and have some experience working with SaaS platform.
• You have an idea of the regulations like EU taxonomy and NFRD.
