Guardian is now looking for an Architect Sales Manager to join our Nordic team.

Reports to:
Marek Grzyb, Regional Sales Manager
Objectives:
Your mission is to enhance Guardians dialogue with Architects, decisions-makers, and industry professionals in the Nordic Region in order to meet and increase sales goals while developing and maintaining positive relations and understand the industries needs and requirement. By your knowledge and experience your industry peers will utilize this collaboration and see you as a trustworthy advisor.
You will cooperate with Guardians local sales team as well as your international colleagues to promote Guardians products and industry solutions throughout the Nordic Region.
You will develop and secure Guardian?s role as a trusted advisor to the industry in the Nordic Region by maintaining and developing contacts with architects, glass facade makers, general constructors and business decision manager.
Your work will achieve a higher market share for Guardian in the Nordic Region by raising the awareness of Guardians products and technology to architects and industry professionals in the Nordic Region.

Experienced in building relationships that demonstrate a win-win-win for customers, the industry and Guardian; has a deep understanding of relationship building as a discipline.
Qualification: The successful candidate has an educational background as an Architect, Engineer or equivalent.
You should have worked in Building Products Segment, preferably in Glass domain. Having wide range of network with architects/glass facade makers/ designers/ builders/contractors & project consultants are a competitive advantage. Experience from advisory-/solution- oriented sales is preferred.
You are fluent in one Scandinavian language as well as English.
