hela Sverige We now have the opportunity for you to join and lead the Growth Plan team as Growth Plan Manager delivering towards our vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. You will be part of management team IKEA of Sweden and report to Manger Director, Fredrika Inger. You will lead and work close together with the members of the Growth Plan team.
Working through the IKEA Business Model and our culture & values as the core; as the IKEA Growth plan Manager you will be accountable for the creation, leading, performance and execution of the IKEA Growth Plan and thereby contribute to the growth and positioning of IKEA. and it's amplification in a multi-channel environment. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the value chain, to secure delivery, consistency, profitability, and efficiency across all blocks of the IKEA Growth Plan. You will lead the communication and presentation of the IKEA Growth Plan and secure the clarity of understanding across the total value chain.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
An understanding of the IKEA business across organization, CBR, CBR Supply & Retail
A Business & Analytical mind, working with short- and long-term problem solving
A deep understanding of the Strategic Landscape
A Strategic and Tactical thinker with the ability to see the detail as well as creating the vision and overview
