Growth Enablement Manager
We offer
In this role you will drive growth opportunities in the Area for assigned product with a vast level of commercial, technical and market understanding. Enhances sales colleagues with capabilities and knowledge including increased confidence to profitably grow with the customer and eventually integrated solutions. Identifies business opportunities in the core and new verticals being ahead of market trends.
Key responsibilities
Develop opportunities for the product
Develop opportunities for the product brought forward by commercial teams
Coordinate with pricing team to provide pricing to opportunities brought forward by commercial teams
Maximize synergies & overall profitability on opportunities
Participate in the RFI, RFQ and RFP process with sales , helping to ensure proposals submitted are comprehensive, competitive and within the parameters set by global, region & area product
Review contracts ensuring product technical standards & requirements are met
Support new business pursuits via sales/internal stakeholders to deliver a sound business proposal on time
Approach new leads jointly with relevant sales colleague, transferring opportunity ownership to sales in line with sales accountability
Strong ability to break down a product solution in a simplistic fashion to both internal sales and customers
Support sales in pursuit of deals for relevant products (inbound marketing leads, trade shows, past relationships, etc.) Opportunity ownership sits with sales, not with technical sales
Leading sales call for promotion of product capability to target customer, leveraging their product knowledge
Increase knowledge & awareness of product with sales & internal stakeholders
Providing solutions to sales and customers in a rapid pace.
Provide expertise for product as consultant to internal stakeholders
Act as voice of the customers within product organization

You will be accountable for:
Drive pipeline portfolio across areas
Create centres of expertise and sales support
Develop complex and integrated solution capability
Drive margin growth to meet Area ambitions

You will be consulted about:
Local Product Strategy
Local go to market strategy
Sales pipeline (growth)
Network development initiatives
Solution design
Potential local M&A and JV activities

We're looking for:
To be successful in this role we believe you bring the following competencies and experiences:
Industry knowledge
Selling and solutioning technical service offerings
Financial & pricing understanding
Indepth understanding of local (geo-scope) industry market trends
Understanding of customer industry needs & requirements for respective product
Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Understanding of commercial solution sales process.
