We are looking for a Digital Advisor to join Group Supply Digital Transformation. Here we are a truly global & diverse team accelerating business transformations passionate about superior customer experience and outstanding operational execution.

The job's focus is to advise and secure the main components of digital capabilities: data, technology, and agile ways of working. The job purpose is to help the company to build a better customer experience through more efficient operations.
You Will
Be the Go-to person working closely with group supply units' digital drivers to accelerate and deliver the digital transformation journey.
Digital advisors will support the supply unit with "self-service" and access to global platforms and provide guidelines.
They will also support units with competence development drivers to accelerate and deliver the digital transformation journey
Bring expertise and dedication to motivate change in our digital transformation journey.
Digital advisors will support the organization to identify quick wins on top of the global transformation use cases that can be addressed within a shorter development lifecycle.
Guide the organizations and transform different engagements, experiences and operation models to increase operational efficiency, employee experience, and customer experience.
Through co-create and accelerating, the digital advisor will engage and deliver the digital transformation journey that guides the unit to innovate on its own.
Bring innovative ideas to showcase the outstanding value proposition
Support with adoption and deployment
Provide experience and leadership capabilities to ensure the governance model is accurate ensuring business value is created and results met
Co drive with digital leaders a common and compelling vision for the line organization to adopt


To be successful in the role you must have
Proven experience on Supply chain and Digitalisation tools
Digital advisors will have a solid understanding of both business and technology to quickly understand business needs and how to address them
Good understanding and experience with organizational change methodologies, models and tools and how to apply them
A knack for excelling in fast-paced environments with uncertain context
Business acumen and a consultative approach with an ability to identify key messages in complex environments
