Product Management are responsible to ensure that Nobia's product portfolio is continually the best offer on the European kitchen market; harmonized, standardized and optimized to fully use Nobias economy of scale. They are now looking for a Manager Group Portfolio Nordic whom will have the overall responsibility to ensure that Nobia's Nordic brands (Marbodal, HTH, Uno Form, Invita, Norema, Petra, A la Carte and Sigdal) all has that best offer. The role is to drive, optimize and constantly develop the Nordic product portfolio through the team of Product Management and local brand collaboration. Here you are given the opportunity to work closely with the brands and their products as well as being overall responsible for the go-to-market strategy.
Furthermore, the role is responsible for the following activities:
Driving and delivering a 3-5-year plan for the Nordic product portfolio.
Continuously strive for optimizing and standardizing Nobia product portfolio and aid a brand independent supply chain.
Actively investigate alternatives for economy of scale bringing more volume to core platforms and ranges.
Coordinate portfolio plans (launches and phase outs) in the Nordics.
Portfolio market and competitor analysis.
Manager Group Portfolio Nordic sits in the management of Product Management & Innovation and reports to the Head of Product Management & Innovation. The position is located at the headquarters in Stockholm and has two reporting project leaders. Ability to travel is a requirement.
To be successful in the role as Manager Group Portfolio Nordic we believe you have extensive experience and knowledge about product management and product life cycle management. Furthermore, you need deep knowledge and passion in working with the Product Management team and other stakeholders in creating, implementing and executing assortment plans.
As a person, you are a well-communicative diplomat with the ability to see both the overall picture as well as details and how they interact. Integrity, the ability to build and sustain relationships with different stake holders and a passion for the commercial business are other qualities believed to bring success to the role. You are an experienced leader whom always push the team for a can-do attitude with a positive proactive approach to work.
