The section Continuous Integration (CI) and Test system is responsible for building the infrastructure and ability for CI, verify and release software and combination of software and electronics for the complete vehicle. We are growing very fast due to heavily investing in our in our CI ability including test automation, test equipment and simulated test environments.
The group Continuous Integration Test Management is a new group with few members but it needs to growth in the near future. The groups is responsible for managing and ensuring that the test suites will execute at our test systems so we can give fast feedback from the test results to the organisation about the quality of the sw.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage the people in the team and ensure competence development.
* Lead and develop processes and ways of working to meet future goals.
* Be a leader according to Aspired Culture
* Be a member and take an active part in the section management team
Required qualifications
* University degree in computer science or similar
* Documented leaderships skills
* Knowledge of lean and agile method and tools
* Experience from Sw, functional and system development
* Encourage cooperation between organisations
Personal qualifications
* Networking and Relationship building
* High level of engagement and positive attitude
* Great leadership skills and building team spirit
* Driven and goal oriented
