Your role
In this role in Product Development IT, you work on the edge between business and technology and will support the Scania R&D users and business.
You will be leading a software development team that is part of the Embedded Management System value flow. Our team's goal is to create and operate a top-notch Requirement Management Tool. Your team is very diverse in many aspects and we expect you to embrace and utilize that power naturally. You will be a member of the section 's leadership.
Your responsibilities
As a Group Manager you support your development teams, help them grow, remove hinders and enable them to become high-performing. You will also be creating a team climate where innovation is a given factor and where ways of working can develop and continuously improve. You are driving the development to ensure great collaboration and efficient ways of working between your local and distributed, diversified teams. We also see that you are building trust and relations within the whole value flow and acting as your team's ambassador across all of Scania.
Your profile
Empowering agile software development with a focus on creating value for the end user is your passion! You are keen to understand the challenges of our end users and the products we develop. Furthermore, we believe you;

• Probably have an IT education at university level and/or equivalent experience.
