hela Sverige As Group Manager Process Department you will be part of a growing department and a valuable member of the Colloidal Silica RD&I management team. The Process Department is a rapidly growing department and its' main purpose is to develop new products and processes. In this position you will lead a team of 6 people where the culture is characterized by both professionalism and openness.
• Development and optimization of existing and new processes for production of Colloidal Silica
• Supporting the plants with knowledge and troubleshooting
• Participate in strategic planning and communication
• Be responsible for identification of threats and opportunities by continuously following the development globally within the area of colloidal silica production
• Maintain and improve a safe and efficient way of working
• Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and five years of relevant experience
• Experience from production and/or R&D
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English is mandatory
• As a person you are result oriented and cooperative
• A curious and engaged mindset is necessary in this position
