Process and IT is of increasing strategic importance for the Volvo Group. Function has the mission to drive process and IT strategy, development, efficiency and implementation for GTT. To meet those objectives an integrated global structure is needed, where it will be possible to drive change and improvements in a consistent way across GTT.
The Process and IT Develop Mechanical Solutions team within Group Truck Technology has the task to lead global Process & IT development Projects within our area of responsibility.
Main activities and responsibilities:
As Group Manager you and your team will contribute by developing and implementing process and IT solutions for mechanical solution, product design, architecture, knowledge management and documentation management. The scope also includes the overall responsibility for the application portfolio in PDM and vPDM.
This will require high level of leadership skills and knowledge of product development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience from and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Have strong people skills and ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams
• Experience of leading people
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience from process and change management
• Business and customer orientation mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
