Technology leaps such as electrification, sustainability, Autonomous drive, and Advanced driver-assistance systems redefine our product from the basis. In addition, ERCs ambition is to increase our synergies and corporation with other brands within the TRATON group as well as with other departments & sectors within Scania.
We are now looking for a group manager with a long experience as manager within engineering.
Your Role
Your tasks will be to lead a group (around 7-10 people) of mainly engineers working with modularisation, standardization, layout, package studies and initiative lead within the cab domain.
The group works with all cab products for many TRATON brands to secure good modularisation / standardization for a global cab perspective.
Your Profile
We are looking for you with a long experience of management, experience from vehicle industry expecially international is a merit.
• More than 10 years experience as a manager or leader is required
• Experience with global brands and multiple cab architectures.
