Within the section, Information Service & Management, we work in order to make data available, usable and governed with the right quality. As our current group manager within the BI (Business Intelligence) group is taking on new challenges, we are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic new group manager.
Your profile
You are a natural leader, who has the courage to drive change and make decisions along the journey to a Data driven Scania. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is vital in driving the development of both team and individuals. Having a close dialogue and cooperation with the business is natural to you, as is understanding your team's deliverables. You have an interest in technology and have good understanding for the complete stack of IT services that are needed for efficient use of Information Services. You have proven experience from coaching and leading teams in their journey towards continuous delivery. Experience of agile working methods, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse is merited. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
