About the role
As a Manager/Product Owner for the Traction Voltage Monitoring and Electric Vehicle Supply Team, you will focus on the development of two areas. Traction Voltage Monitoring consists of both hardware and software which monitors and controls several functions in the traction voltage system. In addition to this, the team is responsible for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Expertise. The work is performed in cooperation with colleagues within the Electromobility Team and in close collaboration with suppliers, and you will be expected to network with customers and stakeholders within the Volvo community. Requirements:
M.Sc. degree in Computer science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
At least 10 years of experience in product development, preferably within electromobility.
Leadership experience.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Practical experience from working with agile development principles within automotive.
Meriting:
Commercial driving license (C/CE for heavy-duty trucks or D for bus).
Experience in heavy-duty vehicle applications and vehicle integration.
Experience in driving development with suppliers including embedded software.
Documented experience from a minimum of two of:
Functional safety / ISO-26262 in practice and software development methods
Electronic platform design
Component design, development, and industrialization processes in Volvo GTT
Technical knowledge in the Electromobility products, systems, and component
Quality management
