INVISIO is in an expansive phase with rapid turnover growth. Therefore, we are looking for a Group Financial Controller. About the role
As a Group Financial Controller at INVISIO, you will work with consolidation and reporting of the group's financial statements. You will have an active role in continue the development of the company's accounting and reporting framework and continuously work for increased profitability and development of standard operation procedures and system support. It will be a position that both challenges and develops you where you will work closely with the Finance Director, controllers and accounting department.
Key responsibilities
• Financial closing and group consolidation
• External and internal reporting
• Budget follow-up and analysis
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Accounting, tax and statistics reporting
• Development of processes and procedures
• Ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
We believe that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant experience, e.g. working in audit or as a financial controller. You have very good knowledge of accounting (IFRS) and experience with financial statements, reporting and analysis. You are fluent in any of the Scandinavian languages and fluent in English, both oral and written. Further you also have very good Excel skills.
We are hoping to meet a candidate who is a curious and solution-oriented person and has a structured way of working. You have high analytical skills and high attention to details but can also manage to see the big picture. As a person, you are communicative and can easily create trust and independently pursue projects and issues. You organize and prioritize activities effectively and set up and meet deadlines. In addition, you have a genuine interest in accounting and in developing yourself and your skills in financial controlling.
