The zero-reporting vision established by the Atlas Copco Group means moving from a financial environment driven by the act of reporting to always having required data available, from push to pull, decreasing time, increasing quality of decisions and eliminating manual administrative activities. We are now looking for a Group Controlling Manager to lead this organization as part of our journey to zero-reporting.
The Role
As Group Controlling Manager you are responsible for maintaining high quality standards in the group reporting processes, while contiguously developing and implementing new, more efficient processes and tools. In this era of digitalization, you are therefore a key player for the implementation of the zero-reporting initiative and to drive activities that will take the group reporting and controlling to the next level. The team consists of 7 digitally minded Controllers and the position reports to the Vice President Group Controller.
In this role you will:
Promote the zero-reporting and digitalization vision by supporting the transformation and automation of the group reporting process
Actively contribute to SAP platform, the Group's common data platform, and to the digitalization project, which includes the onboarding of most of group's ERP's into the platform and building up standardized front end solutions for end users
Supply accurate, timely and informative analyses through innovative and efficient analytical tools to Group Management
Identify gaps and improvement areas in the Accounting-to-Reporting process and work proactively together with all stakeholders to find and implement solutions
Provide training and support within the areas of controlling and efficient use of related systems
Play a key role in cross-departmental projects and councils as finance and controlling representant

What we expect of you?
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the monthly reporting process and related systems
A good level of digital maturity
Strong competence within finance and/or business control
Experience from leading a team including working with change management is a plus
University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English. Other language skills are an advantage

You are self-motivated, result oriented, able to work independently as well as having analytical approach to problem solving with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and orderly work. It is key that you are a team player able to motivate and communicate with people, with an ability to lead projects in business control and consolidation, and to build trust and gain support for your ideas across stakeholders.
And, most important of all, you feel highly motivated by the 'Zero Reporting' vision and want to be a key player on this journey!
