hela Sverige TFS is growing! We now have the opportunity to expand our global finance team with a Group Controller. The position is placed at the TFS head office in Lund.
In this role, you will have a vital role providing leadership as well as coordinating the company's financial planning, analysis and budget management functions. You will coordinate activities with Corporate Senior Directors as well as affiliate finance departments. In this position, you will also ensure that the company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
TFS employs 850 clinical research professionals and operates from 25 global locations, conducting clinical trials in over 40 countries. TFS provides clinical research services to large pharmaceutical companies, midsized biopharma, small and virtual biotech, medical device and functional food customers.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
• Direct and coordinate group financial planning and budget management functions
• Monitor and analyze group monthly results
• Prepares financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management
• Consolidate affiliate's financial statements on monthly, quarterly and year end closings
• Coordinate financial audit of the TFS Group
• Coordinate global financial policies and procedures and ensure its accomplishment
• Lead and participate in global projects
Requirements/qualifications
• 10 year experience working within finance departments on multinational companies
• Experience as Group Controller or related financial managerial positions
• Knowledge of Swedish accounting and tax regulations
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience at working with ERP systems (TFS successfully implemented AX Dynamics 2012 in 2016)
• Excellent skills working with MS Excel
• Fluent English and Swedish in speech and writing.
