In Group Business Risk and Compliance team, we are looking for a new Business Partner for the Digital Group Function, with a strong digital business competence, focus and experienced stakeholder management skills.
As a Business Partner to Group Digital, you will support in the priorities and ambitions of Ingka's digital development, while ensuring that the function is proactively supported in managing risks and opportunities using the Ingka ERM framework including crisis management and business continuity, in having risk-based controls and maintaining compliance to Group policies and external regulation. In doing this you will draw upon the expertise from the Group BRC COE teams. We need you for a strong business integration on Group Digital and to help us to secure BR&C "right by design approach" for all our initiatives.
Do you want to help leaders in Digital to create a positive impact by taking responsible risks and searching for new opportunities? If you are willing to learn and develop in Business Risk & Compliance while you also contribute by leading by example and developing others. If you have very good coaching skills and solid experience in leading and influencing through stakeholders, matrix organisations etc. If you proactively engage with the organisation and facilitate meetings and workshops that drive decision making and business execution to reach desired outcomes, then we need you
Your knowledge in the Digital Organization would be very valuable to become successful in this role, and we will together develop your knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment.

Your responsibilities
As a Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner you are responsible for ensuring that Group Digital and Group Business Risk & Compliance agenda are aligned.
Amongst many different tasks you will:
support Group Digital management in risks' assessment, prioritization and follow up on risk responses
ensure that risk and compliance capabilities are well embedded when creating and executing towards strategic and tactical business objectives
drive implementation and monitor the performance of Ingka Business Risk & Compliance frameworks and practices to enable a holistic and proactive risk management based on business needs
identify, involve and interact with key stakeholders in the business to drive engagement
lead and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness, and promote a risk culture secure, right knowledge and competences needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious in running business
secure movement toward a standardised and automatized way of working and strengthen cross-functional engagement within Ingka Group.
You will report to the Business Risk & Compliance Business Partner Manager for Group BR&C name.
