hela Sverige We are seeking to fill the important position of Group Accounting Manager, with experience from Group Consolidation and Reporting, reporting directly to the Group CFO. The primary mission for the Group Accounting team is the production of complete and correct statutory and legal financial statements to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will actively work to improve and streamline accounting work in our growing and leading global Group.
As the Group Accounting Manager, you will be a key person within the Financial Team and work in close collaboration with the Executive Management as well as with local Financial Managers. You are the focal point for the group's accounting issues and lead a team of colleagues where some also could be stationed abroad. You should be prepared for some business trips but you will be stationed at our centrally located office in Stockholm City at Brunkebergstorg.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall responsible for all Group Consolidation and Reporting including all related processes serving approximately 70 subsidiaries around the world
• The financial statements and ensuring high quality in the external & internal reporting to stakeholders
• The annual report (backend) as well as content of interim reports for the Group
• Regulatory issues related to the financial area
• Support as required to the Local Finance Managers and at Group acquisitions and divestments
• Be the owner of the Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines
• Primary contact for the Group auditors & the owner of audit & control process planning
Qualifications and experience
We are looking for a well trained and experienced Manager with a Bachelor degree in a relevant field. You are probably already working as or close to a Group Accounting Manager in a larger listed company. We expect that you earlier could have been working within auditing. You must have experience in IFRS with interest in and good knowledge of accounting and consolidation in an international multi-currency environment. If you have strayed into areas like tax, internal audit etc. we will not hold that against you. You speak and write English and is a skilled user of Excel. Experience with Unit4 OCRA consolidation system is also welcome but not necessary.
Personal characteristics
To succeed and fit into the role, you should have high attention to detail, be structured and have a clear yet humble way of communicating. Good analytical ability is also needed. To fit into the team here in Stockholm you need to have a great sense of humor, we laugh a lot.
