Greenpeace does not accept funds from any corporations or government entities.Greenpeace Sweden's direct dialogue team is the public face of Greenpeace. The direct dialogue program's objective is to increase the financial strength of Greenpeace by recruiting monthly paying donors using both street and door to door methods. The Direct Dialogue Coordinator is a critical component of ensuring the success of the program by providing strong leadership and giving all staff the skills necessary to succeed.



The Direct Dialogue Coordinator is a full time position based in the Stockholm Sweden Greenpeace office, with travel around the country as a critical part of the job. The Direct Dialogue Coordinator reports to and receives job training from the Senior National Direct Dialogue Coordinator. Job Duties: Effectively implementing short and long term plans to maximize program success
Hiring, training and retaining staff in across multiple teams in Sweden
Continuous expansion of direct dialogue program throughout Sweden with effective leadership and communication to fundraising staff in street, door to door, and travel team
Establishing and maintaining team efficiency and performance levels standards in accordance with Greenpeace policy and fundraiser performance expectation

Setting objectives/goals for performance with each staff person and giving constructive, actionable feedback on fundraising and job performance
Providing regular and ongoing skills based training sessions with all fundraising staff
Develop existing and potential new leaders within each team by giving advanced skills trainings and coachings
Holding team meetings in Stockholm and other major Swedish cities to provide campaign updates, highlight the performance of the best staff, build morale and any other relevant information to ensure team success
Set performance goals and expectations for each team weekly and monthly

Creating long-term, monthly, weekly and daily site schedules and staffing plan
Establish and maintain effective mapping systems for door to door recruitment
Effectively communicate meet-up locations, times, and transportation with the team, keeping travel time to and from site to as minimal as possible
Assist in ideas for additional areas to fundraise locally and nationally
Attending meetings with other groups to negotiate who will use what sites
Complete data entry for time keeping and fundraising results
Perform phone interviews to recruit good candidates
Perform group presentations and one-on-one interviews to select quality potential new hires

Connection to global network of dedicated individuals working in fundraising and campaigns
Access to extensive materials library of other successful direct dialogue programs
On site support and skills training
Weekly check ins with direct line manager to ensure success and provide relevant additional trainings to grow skills
Nordic level collaboration and skill sharing, connection to colleagues overseeing similar programs
4 week real time induction period provided by Senior National Direct Dialogue Coordinator
Flextime, ie you have the opportunity to influence your working hours
Greenpeace is covered by collective agreements with Unionen.
Opportunity to attend additional trainings provided by Greenpeace Nordic

Qualifications
At least one year of face-to-face / door-to-door fundraising experience, or similar activities
At least one year's leadership experience - with proven ability and successful results
Security in dealing with adversities and solving problems quickly
Want and availability to be often on the go and work in other cities
Ability to support and guide employees
Fluent Swedish and good English skills
Social, communicative and self-propelled
Experience in coaching and constructive feedback to new and experienced employees
The service is full-time with monthly salary. One-year fixed-term employment with extension possibilities. You will be based in our office in Stockholm but will have all of Sweden as your workplace. The date of entry is at the beginning of January by agreement.
