Create and develop graphic design solutions for current and future appliances, from initial concept through production.
Key operational responsibilities
Creativity
• Provide creative input and design solutions that contribute to the success of Electrolux.
• Implement Graphic Design Guidelines aligned with Brand and Product identity.
• Dare to innovate, propose new solutions challenging the existing ones.
• Convert marketing guidelines into product designs.
Customer Focus
• Strive for best-in class graphic solutions to meet or exceed the needs of internal and external customers.
Problem Solving
• Meet internal and external deadlines according to project planning.
• Ensure constant high quality of the design output.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor 's degree in appropriate field such as Graphic Design or Fine Arts.
• 2-5 years of Industrial Design work experience.
Design Skills
• Excellent sketching skills.
• Highly developed computer design skills (depending on office: Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design software).
• Aptitude for market inputs.
Personal Skills
• Understanding the importance of good design and brand values, and their impact on the business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to present ideas and goals effectively.
• Ability to work in multi-functional international teams.
• Pro-active work attitude and ability to organize personal work to meet deadlines.
Languages
• Fluency in English. Other European languages are a benefit.
