How does our Graduate Programme work? You will embark on an immersive sixteen-month rotational schedule split into two eight-month placements within our Commercial, Operations, Finance and/or Technology & Innovation functions, preferably across two different locations.
After successful completion of the programme, you will transition into a permanent position in the business.
Entry Requirements: To be eligible for Sibelco Graduate Programme 2023, you must have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree within the last two years, ideally within a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics, although we will consider other disciplines
We will accept applications from individuals who recently completed a Sibelco.
Language skills: Fluency in English (mandatory) and one or more of the following languages: Dutch, French, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, German, Turkish, Chinese (to be based on final country list).

Stage 3 - Group assessment & final selection of projects (please note that you will be required to travel for this stage; group assessments will only be held in limited locations across the globe)
