Here is your chance to be an Executive Trainee through the role as Assistant to our CEO Dimitris Gioulekas.
Who are you?
You have recently finished, or are about to finish, a degree in Industrial Engineering or Management that will graduate at the top of your class. You have incredibly high ambitions for your career and want to maximise the opportunity to learn from one of the best. We believe you to have a technical degree combined with deeper insights into business administration and management.
It's a bonus if you have experience from running one or several side-projects during your studies.
As a person you're considerate, communicative, and down-to-earth, enjoy working in teams, meeting new people, learning new things, and sharing knowledge. You also like solving difficult problems, breaking them down into components, and working with a team to find the best solution.
You're self-motivated to the point that we will not have to point out the next task for you to do, but rather that we can rely on you to consistently move forward without external involvement. For Knightec, communication is key. Both internally and externally. We think you communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
What will you do?
You'll be working directly with our CEO and be a part of his day to day work and long-term challenges. This might include but not be limited to:
• Produce high-quality presentations for clients, partners, employees and prospective M&A-candidates
• Act as the CEO:s communication liason
• Be a part of managerial meetings and producing actionable notes from said meetings
• Handling any and all bookings of meetings, travel appointments and prep-work for meetings
