Unipeg Golf Management operates all of the Golf facilities and due to the rapid expansion there has now become a number of Golf Course employment opportunities available for motivated and forward thinking individuals who can help grow the Golf Course Maintenance Operations Department.
We are Currently Searching for:
Qualified Golf Course Machinery Technician.
The Role:
• To provide Technical back up to the "South Cluster" of Unipeg Courses which include Gripsholm, Riksten and Viksberg Golf Courses.
• Responsible for all machinery maintenance schedules and budget administration for all machinery under the guidance of the Head Golf Course Manager
• Provide Reel Grinding service's for all South Cluster Golf Courses and other venues when required.
• Some travel to other sites would be required depending on Machine requirement during Peak periods
• Consult with Head Golf Course Manager on machinery replacement plan
• Develop Company policies for machine maintenance and care
• Help create an efficient and effective Golf Course Machinery maintenance team
• Maintain relationships with machine suppliers and negotiate with parts and materials suppliers.
Requirement
• Ideally 5 + Years Golf Course Machinery Experience
• Able to use automated Grinding machines and provide high quality Cutting unit Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Hydraulic and Electrical systems in Golf Course Machinery
• Flexible and Positive individual used to working in a constantly changing work environment
• Able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
