A group of 15 ppl, of which 6 are female, and a total of 8 nationalities, divided in two teams - helping Scania lead the digital transformation journey within Production & Logistics (P&L). You get to do this
Facilitate the team's progress toward team goals and keeping the team focussed and motivated. For this to work you will need to eliminate impediments, lead team efforts in continuous improvement and coordinate with other teams. You have a close collaboration with Product Owners and our internal stakeholders P&L which only are 15 minutes away.
What we need from you
Someone who like taking initiative to form new work relations and knows how to find win-win solutions in order to collaborate towards a common goal. You set high goals and works hard to reach them and if it gets stressful, you have the ability to handle it constructively and not let your good humour be affected. Other than this you need the following:
• University degree within IT or equivalentwork experience.
• 3-5 year 's leadership experience, g.,as team leader, scrum master, Product manager, Maintenance manager
• Scrum and Kanban knowledge
• Software development process experience
• Fluent English skills
