Husqvarna Group is looking for a trainee within Supply Chain Management who will be based in Huskvarna, Sweden, for the first assignment.
You will be part of an international two-year trainee program, which offers four six-month rotations, including one assignment abroad, combined with relevant training modules.
All trainees will receive a permanent employment at Husqvarna Group. You will be employed as a member of the Husqvarna Group's team from day one.
Upon completion of the program, our ambition is to assign you to a key position within Supply Chain Management. This is a huge opportunity for you to be part of an international company to work with exciting projects and execute them all by yourself but supported by your colleagues.
The results of your work will be noticeable in the organization since you will have great responsibility. We especially welcome female applicants.
Department and role
The Supply Chain Management is responsible for the sales and operations planning process as well as sourcing and management of warehousing and transportation.
This gives you a great opportunity to develop your end to end supply chain skills within Husqvarna Group, from end customers to suppliers including most internal functions, all this in a cross-functional and international environment.
Our ambition is for you to develop your supply chain skills, this by giving you the possibility to rotate within the different departments and functions, both locally and globally. That will help you to grow in to a key position within the function for the future. We will during your rotations give you the opportunity to drive different challenging and interesting assignments so that you can build a good foundation for you future work within Husqvarna Group.

Qualifications
• Maximum 3 years work experience
• Minimum bachelor's degree with focus on Supply Chain or Logistics
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Highly motivated and driven
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Capability to work on a strategic, tactical and operational level
• Mobility is important both during and after the program
Characteristics
The ideal trainee is a self-motivated and creative problem-solver who enjoys teamwork in an international environment. Additionally, you must also demonstrate a strong desire to add value and to learn, as well as possess strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively follow multiple parallel projects.
Other characteristics that are important are:
