What awaits you?
The role of Global Test Fleet manager involves coordination and securing transport solutions according to needs based on Product Introblock V&V plans for future Volvo FH and FM products. The Global Test Fleet manager is also responsible for developing and harmonize reporting and visualization of fleet measurements and statistics globally.
In order to deliver the Global Test Fleet Manager will work closely with the FVV Product and Introblock V&V manager, Test Fleet Management team, Product builds and Finance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Be a key player in Truck fleet optimization within FVV
Lead the global test fleet network
Coordinate and secure transport solution according to needs based on Product Introblock V&V plans, advanced engineering and feature reference trucks
Drive the development and measurement regarding utilization of the trucks in the test fleet locally and secure harmonization of measurements on all sites
Secure and work with visualization and reporting on truck fleet KPI to steer the optimization of the truck fleet.
Lead the work related to next IT system in order to efficiently plan, book vehicles and acquire KPI reports connected to the fleet
Manage and synchronize globally financial aspects connected to the fleet together with finance and TFM organizations on all sites
Drive continuous improvements in this area in order to maximize output from FVV and Group Trucks Technology

Education & Experience:
Extensive experience and knowledge about trucks
Experience in the field of Logistics or Verification and Validation
Experience in leading global teams or networks
Experience in leadership and project management
