Role Overview
As a Global Technology Manager, you will:
* Lead a multicultural team in developing offboard services, including transport control, connectivity, teleoperation, and cybersecurity.
* Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and quality.
* Engage in strategic and operational planning, contributing to the global strategy for autonomous transport solutions.
Qualifications
We're looking for leaders with:
* At least 3 years of managerial experience in technology or engineering fields, preferably with a focus on software development, automated systems, or automotive technology.
* A proven track record of leading teams to innovate and deliver successful projects.
* Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a master's degree in system engineering or a related field.
