hela Sverige In this role you will perform both theoretical and practical training sessions and train our local trainers.
This includes ensuring that we provide quality training in due time for our Kalmar technicians and customers so that they can drive their business forward in the best possible way.
Your main tasks
• Plan, execute and develop both theoretical and practical education.
• Coordinate and execute training activities for different target groups within the company and with customers.
• Continuously update and develop the training material as well as contribute improvements in the education process
• Work closely with both service organization and customers regarding technical information and product training

Qualifications
To succeed in this position you should have a degree at university level or equivalent work experience, preferably within technics.
Knowledge about our products is qualifying. Holding presentations and being educational doing it is natural for you.
You find it easy to create and develop long term relationships with strong trust.
As a person we want you to be driven and customer focused.
You have a positive attitude towards traveling both domestic and international.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
