Key operational responsibilities:

• Further, enhance and implement the global recruitment and talent strategy to support organizational mission, vision and goals.
• Drive improvements to global recruitment policies, processes and system to ensure a streamlined, effective, and high quality services are delivered.
• Partner with VP of Global Talent Management to provide leadership with thoughtful, meaningful and creative metrics and the interpretation and application of the results.
• Lead, motivate and manage your functional leadership team in the delivery of recruitment services for Electrolux accordingly to global practices and policies.
• Develop and train the team to ensure that they are skilled in providing qualitative, efficient and accurate recruitments.
• Coach and mentor functional reports to create a supportive performance driven culture.
• Manage recruitment processes for key positions in the group.
• Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues and partner closely with business leaders to understand and identify requirements and business needs.
• Ensure that the function builds valued partnerships with business leaders through providing knowledge-based, consulting services.
• Develop and drive strategies and programs to attract talent, ensure pipelines and increase presence and knowledge of Electrolux as an employer of choice
• Together with the recruitment leadership team secure the presence of Electrolux in relevant networks, communities and events and make sure that the recruitment organization contributes to raise the profile of Electrolux and acts as ambassadors for our employer brand.
• Strengthen recruitment organization impact by remaining current on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and best practices.
• Source and manage external executive search firms.
• Ensure development of recruitment capabilities in the organization to secure high quality interviews and assessments in the recruitment process.
• Drive improvements within the stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Encourage and champion collaboration and teamwork with colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and work consistency.
• Participate in talent strategy sessions and apply knowledge gained to all aspects of the recruitment efforts.
• Lead or participate in relevant projects as may be assigned.

Qualifications:
• University degree
• Experienced recruitment professional with demonstrated history of recruiting and placement of professional level positions up to executive level.
• Five+ years managerial experience working in high volume recruiting environment.
• Experience in leading and developing remote teams and creating an engaging, performance driven culture.
• Financial and business acumen to achieve maximum value for the business.
• Depth of experience and knowledge in recruitment including proactive sourcing, interview techniques and candidate assessment.
• Experience in working with external recruitment agencies and search firms.
• Knowledge and experience in employer branding and how to effectively use social media in recruitment.
• Understanding of legal responsibilities regarding recruitment.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, working closely with senior business leaders on a regular basis and developing networks across the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment and adapt quickly to change.
• High performer that takes initiative and produces high quality results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to set work direction.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to travel internationally.
