We are looking for a talented individual who wants to work with our advanced 3D printers for metal, worldwide.
Job description: You will work with advanced technical support for our customers and employees located in Europe, Asia and in the US. You will be responsible for customer cases from all over the world, including troubleshooting by analyzing log files, solve problems and also to ensure that these problems do not occur again through feedback to our development department.
You will also write technical instructions for problem solving and be a part of our EBM training for customers and service engineers from all over the world.
Qualifications:
We think that the right candidate is an experienced, hands-on engineer with a MSc or equivalent background. You have a burning interest in technology. Knowledge of production and/or materials is an advantage as well as experience of troubleshooting of electrical systems, PLC, PC and mechanical systems. You are practical and stimulated by problem solving at a high level.
As a person you are used to working independently, you are analytical and find it easy to communicate on all kind of levels and within different cultures. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, additional languages is to your advantage.
