But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner for our Product Group Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger department. So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
The GPHE Product Group has global responsibility for manufacturing and supplying Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers. We have approximately 900 employees working across the globe supporting our customer's requirements. Our products are sold across all our divisions Energy, Food & Water and Marine.
About the jobThis role is focused on the process-oriented execution of the Supply Chain process. Keeping participants in the process on track and moving toward resolution of demand and supply plans for the defined cycle. To meet expectations and secure that the PG supply chain network can meet the demand. This role is also focused on the central supply planning of the network.
Your work tasks:
Drive the Supply Chain process
Perform impact assessment and improvement
Coordinate alignment including data consolidation
Perform analysis and give insight/recommendations
Coordination and consolidation of local plans based on both global and local requirements (central supply planning in the PG)
What you knowThe nature of the Supply Chain Planner role leads to the need for a set of skills that are technical, as well as analytical. These skills may be achieved through education, experience and and/or certification programs. This position requires minimum Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in supply chain or related fields.
As a person, you are pro-active, loyal and take responsibility for driving your projects to a good result. You want to be part of something new and contribute positively to influence for change. You are good at building relations and cooperate internal as well as cross functional. Also, you:
Work analytical, structured and independent
Good at facilitate meetings and being able to present details into the relevant view for the meeting at multiple levels in the organization
Can construct scenarios and recommendations to give options for decision making
Fluent in English both verbal as written
