hela Sverige In your role as a Global Superuser you will be working in a small central team belonging to Group HR where you can influence what we delivery to our end users. You will be working in a dynamic and environment with a global network. You will have an essential role in delivering the support of the global processes connected to this IT solution for our managers, HR Partners and employees round the world.
The Global Superuser of SKF People Core Cloud Application is responsible for supporting our process owners to deliver a trouble free and effective solution to our end users: Managers and Employees. For People Core this means the processes of Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle at SKF.
It is very much a hands-on role meaning that you will be working with everything from analyzing the business requirement, uploading content and setting up access profiles to configuration. You will also be a part of the support network together with Local Superusers in countries abroad making sure we deliver a trouble free service to our Managers and Employees. As being Global Superuser you will also interacting with both the supplier of the Cloud solution as well as Group IT in order to provide useful application. Networking between HR and IT is essential to manage this role and we are about to start this journey in October, so get on board now to be part of our future.
Your work assignments
To support the HR process owners in the delivery of a trouble free service to our end users, Managers, HR Partners and employees. This through the interaction with local Superusers. This includes fulfilling user requests, resolving service failure, fixing problems, as well as carrying out routine tasks.
The second part of the role is the business analyst perspective where you investigate how the Cloud platform needs to be configured in order to support the business needs. This will be done together with Process owners, but also by being up-to-date with the new releases from the Cloud supplier that are taking place 4 times a year. As this is an IT application you will be the natural interface between HR and IT for your application as well as the Cloud supplier.
Your background
Proven background from IT, preferably working with Cloud solutions, at least as an administrator/ Superuser role including configuration.
Medium skills in Excel are required.
IT or equivalent education is preferred.
Experience from similar role is considered as a merit. HR knowledge or recently Superuser experience is also considered as a plus.
Fluent in English.
Your personal qualities
Analytical, service-minded and self-managing.
You need to have understanding of how IT tools are operating and a genuine interest in creating value by the help of IT Tools.
A systematic and logical mindset is needed to grasp the full scoop of the solution.
Patient and solution-oriented.
