hela Sverige Semcon is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager within the telecom industry with responsibility to manage and support deliveries of product information services in a global multi-project environment.
In close partnership with our Global Key Account Manager, and in line with strategies, you ensure development and implementation of common ways-of-working, best practice and methods across a delivery organisation operating in several different countries.
The role
Acting out of Semcon 's headquarters in Gothenburg, you initiate and drive an agenda that achieves increased efficiency and enhanced quality in the deliverables as well as secure the position as the leading partner to our customer. Your success requires balancing the needs here and now with long-term objectives and to ensure stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities include to: set, communicate and implement strategies together with stakeholders conceptualise, coordinate and follow up processes manage deliveries to meet cost, time and quality targets improve and ensure effective collaboration between multisite teams guide and proactively support Business Developers and Assignment Managers drive and coordinate improvement projects, and establish relevant communities of practice and support knowledge transfer across sites and deliverables.
The role includes travels on a monthly basis both within and outside of Sweden.
Professional experience
Given the customer 's portfolio, we foresee that you have extended experience from the telecom industry and preferably within service delivery or programme management. You have through your previous roles developed the skills needed to take on the responsibilities above. As a person, you are driving, communicative and supportive in your approach with very strong communication skills.
