hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Global Senior Buyer to further strengthen our team.
YOUR ROLE
As important member of the Global Procurement organization you are responsible for collaborating with the relevant stakeholders and assisting the Global Procurement Category Manager, Commodity Manager or Director in ensuring that the procurement of goods/ materials or services are purchased in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner in order to create and sustain a competitive advantage, contributing to Oriflame profitability and Global Procurement mission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Support the development of category strategies for approval by the Category Manager / Procurement Director / business stakeholders.
Actively support realization of Global Procurement strategic objectives.
Ensure delivery of consistent and sustainable best value purchasing and supply, participate actively in cross-functional teams to achieve cost reductions targets, while maintaining supply reliability and delivery of the required objectives (prepare, conduct and manage eRFX/eAuctions). Drive standardization and simplification in managed category.
Supplier Relationship Management Support CM in ensuring the application of world-class sourcing processes - supplier evaluation, selection and performance reporting (Assurance of supply, Quality, Service, Cost, Innovation and Environment - AQSCIE), contract negotiation, price and total cost management.
Act as an advocate for Procurement throughout the business, building open and challenging relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external, support and promote Global Procurement Policy implementation & spend categorization. Ensure ethical sourcing.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor Degree
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in Procurement and/or extended Supply Chain environment
• Experience in global position(s) or cooperation with global functions would be an advantage
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Excellent team player, dynamic and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Able to work in diverse environments and adhere to highest ethical standards
• Working knowledge of e-procurement systems and processes (Ariba is an advantage)
• Very good English skills
