Global Recruitment Lead

On behalf of our client, AstraZeneca, we are currently looking for a Global Recruitment Lead for a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible until 31st of December 2015.

We have an important mission to provide people practices and support to our customers and employees.  For our Recruitment Service Delivery Teams it's about ensuring efficient core service delivery both locally within our own countries but also globally aligned to our global customer base.  We are committed to supporting the needs of our Global Medicines Development organization, which is in the midst of change in conjunction with the AstraZeneca global footprint changes and the progression of the AstraZeneca late stage development portfolio.

The Global Recruitment Lead(s) will be aligned globally to one or more client groups within Global Medicines Development and will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring Managers.  The Lead will work with Recruitment colleagues across multiple locations to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner. The Lead will also have accountability for building connections and driving alignment across all functions within HR to ensure the recruitment and on-boarding process is managed smoothly from both the perspective of the clients and candidates.  The Lead will also serve as the Recruitment Partner for a small number of critical, global hires.

Co-located in any location with the customer the Global Recruitment Lead will provide a single point of contact for the client group and will be the project lead across other geographies working closely with Local Service Delivery teams, Global COEs, Recruitment Partners and Co-ordinators.

The role will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, recruitment demand forecasting, developing and executing sourcing plans. The Recruiting lead may also be involved with the screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process for select roles.

Kvalifikationer
Qualifications

Ange Experience from working across different cultures and comfortable and credible operating in a complex, matrix and global environment; able to function effectively in an ambiguous environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships across a range of key stakeholders and customers, with credibility and gravitas.

Strong negotiating skills, able to identify business focused solutions in the face of organizational or administrative barriers.

Able to contract roles, responsibilities and deliverables; challenge constructively and drive high performance levels in others.

Tenacity in the face of structural ambiguity with a singular focus on meeting business needs.

Able to build networks across the organization and to drive action through influence. Acts as a multi-way interface that joins up the spokes between HR and the business.

Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.

Extensive end to end recruitment experience in one or more geographies and /or prior HRBP or HR COE experience desired; would consider candidates with deep business and project management experience and an interest in talent acquisition.

Previous experience supporting or working within client groups in a Pharmaceutical, late-stage, Clinical/Medical environment would be an advantage.

Works across 3 or more geographical locations and will involve global travel on a regular basis.

Likely to have indirect line management/ matrix management of Recruitment Partners in multiple locations.
