hela Sverige Rosemount Level is now looking for a Global Project Pursuit Level leader to drive and coordinate the Rosemount Level project pursuits.
You will be working closely with Rosemount Level World Area Sales and Marketing groups, to develop and define sales strategies for projects. In addition, the role will require a close collaboration with Rosemount's Global Project Pursuit leader and team, for cross business unit and product coordination by being the Level spokesperson in this setting.
Further, this role will also require a significant amount of end-user and engineering company visits to present and position Rosemount Level products and specifications in early pre-feed and feed project phases, while at the same time make sure the best fit Rosemount Level offering is included in their current, ongoing projects.
The Level Project Pursuit leader is also expected to work closely with all the Level Product Group's Business Development and Global Field Level Specialist teams to ensure a world class strategic project pursuit process, maintaining WA project funnels and delivering successful project business results.
The position has a high business focus and requires both strategic thinking as well as a high drive for results. You must be able to analyze the business environment and set your own objectives and strategies for how to reach success, and have an ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities. You must also possess excellent technical knowledge acting as a subject matter expert to influence both the internal organization as well as EPC's, End-Users and others in the industry.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills and an ability to create relationships with many different levels and cultures.

Responsibilities
Drive and Coordinate Level Project Pursuits
• Drive Collaboration within Emerson to position Level Products in regional and global Top-25 projects.
• Coordinate Sales, Project pursuit and Business Development Initiatives together and across world areas
• Identify, Prioritize and Develop Level Project Opportunities lists.
• Actively pursue customer and end-user sites for specification influence, product differentiation and end-user value creation leading to Rosemount Level preference
• Engage in pre-FEED and FEED projects to achieve a Get in Early pursuit
• Strengthen customer relationships and develop new relationships with key customer personnel who influence and make buying decisions
• Closely cooperate with the Level Product Groups BDM's, GFLS's
• Act as internal source for Project information and updates
Qualifications
• Engineering or business degree
• A minimum of 5 years' experience from the process automation industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Level products
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
Preferred but not required
• Experience from Project Pursuit in a global environment
