Job Description

Are you ready to take a leading role in forming the future customer experience for H&Ms biggest customer group in all digital and physical touchpoints worldwide? Do you have a passion for customer experience, growth & sustainable fashion? We are now looking for two Global Project Managers, Customer Experience (CX) Development for our Womenswear Business Unit.
In the role as a Global Project Manager, you will project lead big initiatives through world-class project management that will take us faster forward and help us take big leaps towards our digital and physical customer experience vision and desired state. You will identify new potential opportunities through understanding current business challenges, shifts in customer behavior and needs and being in the forefront of market trends. You will also create excellent presentation decks, present with topnotch communication, and facilitate meetings and workshops to get people engaged.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create business cases and project directives for new opportunities, identify budget needs and set excellent project management plans.
Drive your projects from start till end by involving the right stakeholders, communicate and engage and follow through until business effects are reached.
Collaborate with the global 'Customer Experience & Sales' function to drive the customer experience agenda for Business Unit Womenswear forward.
Collaborate tightly with the whole BU Customer Experience team to stay up to date with the business and to implement new solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we believe that you are an action-oriented team player that loves to connect with people, build business acumen and know how to navigate in a complex global organization. You also have excellent communication skills with an ability to deliver key messages in a clear way, able to engage and activate people.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Is an experienced project manager or management consultant with a proven track record from driving projects in complex global organizations.
Experience from leading projects within one or several of: tech/digital development/e-com/region/market merchandising/supply chain/store sales & operations.
Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
