As Global Program Manager, Responsible Sourcing, you will report directly to Head of Strategy Development & Program Management within Business Area Networks Sourcing. This is a senior position within the Responsible Sourcing team, with main responsibilities to drive projects and activities, and provide support and expertise in line with our Responsible Sourcing Strategy, and to develop new initiatives and activities. You will also, as part of the team, represent Responsible Sourcing internally and externally. You will co-operate and interact with Market Area and Business Area Sourcing units, as well as with Sourcing stakeholders, e.g. Group Function Sustainability & Public Affairs.

Main responsibilities:

In line with Ericsson Responsible Sourcing Strategy, and in collaboration with the Responsible Sourcing team:
• Drive and coordinate the execution of assigned Responsible Sourcing programs, including the Supplier Code of Conduct audit program and the Supplier Integrity Screening program
• Lead, guide and support the Category Group Area and Market Area Responsible Sourcing coordinators in applicable programs and initiatives
• Support Group Sourcing, G Function Sustainability and Public Affairs and other internal stakeholders in Responsible Sourcing matters
• Develop and update training and information material related to Responsible Sourcing, both internally and for our suppliers
• Present, and represent, Responsible Sourcing internally and externally in events and customer / supplier meetings
• Develop new areas that can further support Ericsson Responsible Sourcing Strategy.

Education:

• University degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience from work within Strategic Sourcing and/or Supply Chain Management and/or Commercial Management/and or Sustainability Management
