Seamless Flow

Seamless Flow is a prioritized activity across the Group enabling the digitalization of our company, offering solutions on which our digital products and services to customers can be built upon. The program originates from the efforts to streamline work in administration, sales support, indirect production, supply chain and R&D, where a large percentage of the Group's personnel costs can be found.

By standardizing data-flows and processes, using digital technology and increased automation, freed-up resources can be redirected to activities that create value for customers. This change makes it easier to be an ASSA ABLOY customer and adds value to the relationship as more resources become available to customers through streamlined and coordinated support functions.
