Your mission
As Global Product Manager you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead business growth in the Tophammer business line. Your primary responsibility is to drive the development and execution of our ambitious growth strategy, including activities such as:
* Conducting market segmentation to identify and target key opportunities.
* Strategize for short and long-term product portfolio, aligning it with market demands and trends.
* Prioritizing product development efforts to optimize resources.
* Collaborating with our global sales teams to establish, plan and carry out product marketing activities.
* Establishing and communicating product strategies that guide future product development and portfolio expansion.
* Supporting our sales organization and ensure the effective branding of products and related materials.
This is a crucial new position targeting to understand our customer needs from a product perspective and establishing appropriate product strategies, serving as base for our product development and future product portfolio. You will be part of our dedicated business line team, consisting of VP Tophammer, Head of Product Marketing and Product Managers. You will be expected to work cross-functionally in close collaboration with Product Specialists, R&D and Market Communication, as well as various strategically important functions within the division.
Your profile
For this position, you must have a few of years of experience in rock drilling and good product knowledge from mining and construction applications. It's advantageous to have a background in product marketing and/or service & marketing. As it is a global role, we look favorably on previous experience collaborating internationally. Proficiency in verbal and written English language is required, other language skills is a plus.
Having the right attitude is vital for success, the ideal candidate should possess a strategic mindset combined with self-drive and a proactive approach. You must demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and be adept at building trustful relationships. We value individuals who find motivation in achieving results and are highly capable managing multiple responsibilities with precision and purpose.
Location and travel
This position can be located in Fagersta (Sweden) or Zhangjiakou (China). Depending on the successful candidate's location, we may also consider placement in an Epiroc office in Hyderabad (India) or Springs (South Africa). This position will be expected to travel globally as needed.
