Main Responsibilities
• Define and execute the global Reman and Rebuild commodity strategic and operational activities to support the overall Customer Solution revenue and profitability targets
• Manage and further develop the commercial offer through different sales channels for the product portfolio to maximize volumes and profitability supported by solid business cases
• Set product development scope and aftermarket requirements in machine projects in order to meet market demands and to increase parts revenue and profit
• Develop and coordinate go-to-market strategies together with Sales Regions including business models, price positioning, market activities and roll out plans
• Responsible for setting up objectives and defining PI's
• Regularly follow-up development of common Volvo Group solutions for the portfolio and adjust them to Volvo CE
• Manage and develop the business throughout the entire product life cycle of the portfolio
• Lead the Reman Cross Functional Team
• Manage and execute small to medium size projects

Required knowledge, skills & experience:
• Location Eskilstuna, Sweden
• Technical knowledge is a must
• Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
• Customer focused with ability to understand the true need of customers
• Strong commercial mindset paired with ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication skills paired with a holistic view
• Ability to work in a cross functional and cross border organization
• Analytic and methodological work approach in order to set right priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English written and spoken is required, other languages is a merit
• Product management experience is preferred
• Project management experience is a merit
• Travel as required
