We are looking for a talented person with excellent networking skills, technical, commercial knowledge, a strong driving force and an interest for interacting with people in different positions from different cultures. Broad technical knowledge about construction machines and the ability to manage deliverables for many projects simultaneously is an advantage as well as project management experience.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive and manage global strategic and operational activities related to designated portfolio
• Define and implement product strategies in close coordination with Sales Regions, Technology, Purchasing and other Global functions
• Further develop commercial offers in close co-operation with Sales Regions
• Introduce new chemicals (including lubricants) by using the CRIG-routine
• Define main features and benefits of the portfolio and give input to global marketing for communication and training packages
• Lead the Cross Functional Team for Lubricants and Chemicals
• Actively maintain contact with Volvo CE preferred lubricant suppliers
• Actively maintain contact with IPS buyers
• Actively maintain contact with Lubricant responsible at Technology to ensure alignment with the Aftermarket product range
• Actively maintain contact with Swedish Environment Institute (IVL)

Competences:
• Strong commercial mind-set
• Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
• Experience from the lubricants and Chemicals area is a merit
• Broad technical knowledge is a preferred asset
• Customer focused
• Experience with supplier contacts
• Analytic and methodological approach
• Self-motivated and able to set right priorities to deliver work on time
• Strong drive combined with excellent communication and networking skills
• Able to work with different tasks in parallel
• High proficiency in English written and spoken is required, other languages are qualifying
• Experience of the construction industry business is an asset
• Experience with project coordination is a plus
