Underground Drilling - Parts and Services Division (PSD)

The underground drilling rigs (TME) aftermarket business is growing rapidly and we're on the lookout for a dynamic and results driven Global Product Manager, with good communications skills, keen to develop solutions proactively with customer focus.
As a Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation from a parts and service supplier to becoming a provider of solutions, integrating new technologies and supporting the automation, electrification roadmap with parts solutions.

Your mission
With the product portfolio vision in mind: to transform from a parts and services supplier and become a provider of outstanding customer experience, proactively knowing more together with the customer. You will take the ownership of the TME Product Line and Feed & Boom and Filters commodity as part of the Parts and Services Divisions (PSD) product portfolio.
The mission is to set a strategic direction, vision and take the product leadership by creating and communicating the global vision, strategy, and direction for the assigned products. This includes driving the business to grow by identifying new market opportunities create a positive customer experience. You will also set the product line vision, be strategically responsible for the 5-year global roadmap including revenue, profitability, and new product development plans.
Job description
You and your team will be responsible for developing and executing the TME and Feed & Boom and Filters strategy and vision for the specific product area in line with the Portfolio vision and strategy.
In this role you will manage and optimize the TME and Feed & Boom and Filters Parts assortment in terms of parts assortment strategy including cross functional inputs such as, branding, brand protection, availability, inventory, transport, trade compliance, parts proprietary, customer share analyze and pricing. This to be done in close collaboration with the other Global Product Managers and Global Product Line Manager - Parts Solutions. You will be responsible for defining, communicating, and implementing aftermarket requirements for the product lines TME to the capital divisions to ensure machines are designed for aftermarket and service. You will also ensure that all other departments have required marketing guidelines and strategies to do their daily tasks.
This role is the face of the division for the assigned products to the customers and customer centers.
Your profile
The ideal candidate has strong communications and planning skills, has a proactively driving approach and following up initiatives with other functions in an easy way. You should have the ability to create a clear vision and communication the vision with energy. Change management and project management skills is a benefit.
The candidate will have a degree in business or engineering or have acquired similar competence through experience in Product Marketing and or Customer Centre experience with good product knowledge.
Good knowledge of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills is a requirement.
Location and travel
Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
