We have been able to grow an enthusiastic and committed team and we are now also looking for a Global Product Complaints Specialist with a similar spirit to join our successful team. The current opportunity is directed towards a particular assignment, but the employment will be as a consultant with endless opportunities to come, and the position we will fill is beyond the presented assignment.
To be successful in this assignment you are an analytical, service minded, communicative and driven team player. Your responsibilities will include:
Management of Field Action executions globally including coordination and documentation of activities, leading meetings, interaction with stakeholders and competent authorities
Interaction with internal and external stakeholders such as RA, R&D, Operation, Marketing, and Authorities
Ensuring that Field Actions related procedures and work instructions are according to applicable legislation
Driving and coordinating product complaints activities including receipt, initial assessment, analysis, review, and reporting when needed
Pro-actively contributing to the Post Market Surveillance plan and other improvement activities.
Keeping up to date with relevant international legislation and guidelines.
KEY COMPETENCES:
Academic background with experience from Life Science
Experience from GxP and/or MDD/MDR
